Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University (Guangzhou, China) is looking for foreign teachers who are ready to offer intermediate and advanced courses in speaking, writing, western culture, English literature to undergraduate students of English major and non-English majors.

Description of Position

Starting Date: November, 2013, one-year contract (renewal available)

Monthly Salary: RMB 8,000

Benefits: RMB1,000 as housing allowance;

Weekly workload: 18 periods (from Mon. to Fri.).

Requirements:

1. Excellent English. Priority is given to native speakers from English-speaking countries;

2. B.A. degree or above in linguistics, literature, education and other social sciences. Applicants with a TESOL certificate or English teaching experiences are first to be recruited;

3. Devotion to teaching, with a strong sense of responsibility ;

4. Age: 25-60 with good health.
